چکیده
Vine tea (Ampelopsis grossedentata) is a traditional herb widely consumed in southwestern China that possesses paramount potential for human health. In 2021, the outbreak of typical leaf blight disease was observed almost all vine plantations Zhangjiajie Hunan province, resulting significant economic losses production. this study, we identified Neopestalotiopsis clavispora as causal agent via its morphological characteristics and molecular identification. The sensitivity distribution N. isolates to picoxystrobin were determined based on mycelial growth spore germination inhibition assays. EC50 values ranged from 0.0062 0.0658 µg/mL, with mean 0.0282 ± 0.0148 µg/mL. 0.0014 0.0099 value 0.0048 0.0022 Picoxystrobin increased fungal cell membrane permeability, but inhibited ATP biosynthesis. Moreover, exhibited good planta control efficacy leaves. Three picoxystrobin-resistant mutants obtained current no mutations detected Cytb gene. Competitive ability assays showed conidium production pathogenicity decreased compared their progenitors, indicating suffer fitness penalty. These findings provide important evidence management increase understanding resistance mechanism against clavispora.

Leaf blight caused by Stemphylium solani is a major fungal disease of garlic (Allium sativum) in central China where it has caused severe crop losses during the winter growing season from the end of autumn to the middle of spring. Epidemiology, cultivar resistance, and chemical controls were investigated during the 2006 to 2008 growing seasons in Dangyang County to improve disease control metho...

Plants historically have served as models in drug development. The production of medicines and the pharmacological treatment of diseases began with the use of herbs. The antifungal activity of five different plants namely, Aegle marmelos, Carica papaya, Mentha arvensis, Nicotiana plumbaginifolia and Tamarindus indica were tested against plant pathogenic fungi Alternaria alternata. The plant ext...
